1. Learning Phase:

• On site consultation to discover your project needs.

2. Site Measurement and Analysis

• Measure the property. (Home, lot boundaries, trees, etc.)
• Obtain survey if available.
• Review building site plan (if custom home being built).
• Take photos of the site (may include drone photos if necessary).
• Prepare a basic layout plan.

3. Landscape Plan Development

• Prepare first draft of the landscape plan
• Review and discuss plan.
• Preform revisions as required.

4. 3D Renderings

• Render approved 2D plan in 3D to help visualize project before construction.

5. Final Drawing Set Will Include (Completed before construction)

• Landscape Site Plan
• Hardscape Dimension Plan
• Grading Plan
• Planting Plan
• Lighting Plan
• Utility Layout Plan
• Any Specialized Drawing Sets For Specific Features (Example: Outdoor Kitchen Spec, Cabana Blue Prints, etc.)
